Registration Fee
There is an annual registration fee of $30.00 that must be paid at the time of registration.
There is a maximum of two registration fees per family. If you have more than two dancers or
musicians, you will only be required to pay two registration fees.

Dance Pricing
Pricing is based on how many Hours your student will be taking. Prices are monthly prices. For example, if your student
takes a one hour hip hop class once a week, it would be $63.00 a month. Tuition is based on an eleven month, 43 week
schedule. We charge a monthly rate rather than adjusting the rate each month of the year, regardless of how many classes
there are in each month.

Tuition & Payment Options
We understand that every family is unique! Therefore, we offer the choice of
paying tuition on either the 1st or the 15th of the month. We ask that you choose
one option at the time of registration and keep that as your payment day. If you need to
change the date there will be a $10.00 charge.
Payment options are:
OPTION #1 Auto Pay
On either the 1st or 15th of each month, your account will be charged for tuition. No
additional charges will be made, ie: costumes, without your permission.
OPTION #2 Pre-Pay
You may chose to pre-pay for a semester, which would be August - December. You would
then pre-pay for the second semester January - June. Please remember ALL TUITION IS
NON-REFUNDABLE.
OPTION #3 Post Dated Checks
You will need to fill out 11 Post Dated Checks to cover all 11 months of dance (August-June).
The checks will be cashed on the date you have dated them for. If you choose to cancel, the
remaining checks will be returned to you.
$10 Late Fee
If you need us to hold your
payment, or your payment
comes back as NSF or fails to
go through, a $10.00 late
fee will be assesed for every
week it is late.
Returned Checks
Returned checks will need
to be paid by cash or Credit
Cards. A $10.00 fee will be
assesed to your account.
Cancellation
Please fill out a cancellation form 30 days prior to when your child will be stopping lessons at ALICATS. After completing the form all unused checks will be returned to you, or your payments will be stopped and all information regarding your account returned to you.

Dance Dress Code
All female students are required to wear a black leotard and tan or pink tights for Ballet. Shorts may be worn for Tap, Jazz pants or any other type of pant may be added for Jazz, Character, Hip-Hop, or workshop. Hair MUST be pulled back in a pony or a bun for Ballet.
All Male students are required to wear black shorts or pants and either an ALICATS T-shirt or a white T-shirt. Street clothes are not proper dance attire for class.
The only allowed jewelry is small studs.
Ballet skirts may be worn in all MM classes, for all other classes they will be allowed the last week of every month.
Attendance
Attendance is very important when learning any skill. It is unfair to not only the student who missed class, but to the students who were in class but have to relearn what was taught the previous week. We understand that some absence is unavoidable, but please try to encourage perfect attendance! We will be honoring any student with Purrrfect attendance at the Spring Recital! If your child will be missing class please call and inform us.
Make-up Classes
Classes missed due to family emergency, sickness, or uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, can be made up. Ask the receptionist or instructor to schedule you a makeup class. All make-up classes must be made up within two weeks of the missed class.
NO RECITAL FEES!
ALICATS produces three Dance performances and 2 music recitals! We DO
NOT charge any additional fees to participate in these shows. We also give
each family 2 FREE tickets for the Dance shows!
Costume Pricing
Holiday Show - We use the same ALICAT Sweatshirt each year, so you can use it again
and again. $35.00 (Due October 1st)
Winter Performance - Around $60 per costume (Due October 1st)
Spring Performance - Around $60 per costume (Due January 31st)
