We currently offer three different performance opportunities each year. Our first performance takes place around the Fall/Winter holiday season. All dancers ages 2 and up participate in this show! All classes will perform at least one style of dance. Weather permitting, we set up a stage outside our doors on the lawn behind the Depot in Downtown Flowery Branch. We like to encourage our students to give back to our community using their talents and love for Dance and Music, so this show is completely free of charge for our audience and the public is welcome! At this performance we keep the cost low for our dancers by using the ALICATS Sweatshirt as the costume year after year. We also ask parents to bring cookies to share, and ALICATS provides hot chocolate to the guests. This is a great way to introduce performing to the newer and younger students, as well as a fun filled evening for the whole community! The second performance of the year is our Winter show. In past years we have done shows such as, "The Lion King," "Alice in Wonderland," and an original show titled "Elements." This show is intended for dancers ages 4 and up. Most classes will perform one piece in the performance. This show is run like a professional performance, and has a plot or story line. All of our performances are family friendly shows! Our third show is our Spring Recital. This show takes place in June and is a recital! This show includes every dancer in the studio who wishes to perform! Each class will perform a dance for every style of dance they are studying. Some classes will participate in more than one performance. This is also a Family Friendly event! We include the parents by performing a Dancing Dad's and Dancing Mom's production at the end of the show! This is a FREE class that parents can do with their dancers, making memories to last a lifetime!
